Are u doing strength workouts? It could be that you have lost fat and gained muscle mass. Muscle is much heavier than fat, so if this is the case, your weight on the scale could increase, even though you have slimmed down.

On average, muscle weighs about 3 times more than fat. So you may have lost 1kg of fat, but added 1kg of muscle. You will definitely notice that you have lost 1kg of fat more than you will notice that you have gained 1kg of muscle because the size of the fat is bigger relative to the size of the muscle.

Don’t only look at the scale! The scale is just one of many measurement methods and should be used in combination with others for a try reflection of your progress. Track the way you feel, the way your clothes fit or take progress pictures.

Yes, I have been doing strength workouts every day, but I have not noticed an increase in muscle yet.
