I’ve had the best luck with Peloton and daily spinning class. I managed to lose my baby pooch before my baby turned one!

To strengthen your core, you should try butterfly kicks! Lie flat on your back. Keeping your legs straight, raise your feet off the floor and kick with your legs, almost like swimming freestyle.

The only way to lose your baby weight is through a healthy, calorie-controlled diet and daily exercise.

Try reducing your calorie intake. The easiest way to do that is to swap out some of your calorie-dense foods for vegetables.

Try to limit the number of carbs you eat, and increase your protein intake to help build muscle.

Try to cut out sugar. I did a 14-day sugar detox and when it was over, I didn't feel the need to start eating sugar again.

You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Work out your total daily energy expenditure and then subtract at least 500 calories from that. That is the amount that you should be eating to lose weight.

I totally agree. You need to be focusing on your nutrition. In the past, I have used the MyFitnessPal app on my phone to track my food and exercise. It is very easy to use and really helped with my weight loss.
