Abs are simply muscles in your stomach area. If you combine a calorie surplus with strength training, specifically focusing on the abdominal area, you should gain muscle mass. This gain in muscle mass will result in an increase in body weight as well as an increase in abdominal muscle, leading to visible abs.

Yes, it is possible. You need to eat more than you burn and include strength training in your programme.

It is possible. When you gain muscle mass, you will also gain weight. Try to do a lot of abs exercises to grow your ab muscles. When you are ready, go into a calorie deficit and try to lose some fat while maintaining muscle mass. That way, you will have defined abs when you are lean.
