What is the best low-impact cardio for weight loss?

I have been struggling with knee pain the past few weeks and running has been making it much worse! What types of cardio should I do for weight loss that won't hurt my knees?

Indoor cycling and spinning classes are a great option! You can burn plenty of calories in a short amount of time in a spinning class. You can also adjust the resistance on the bike if your knees hurt at any point.

Rebounding or mini-trampoline is an amazing option! Although you do a lot of jumping and bouncing, there isn't a lot of strain on your joints.

I also like the short low-impact cardio burst during Bootybarre classes. The focus is mostly on strength and flexibility, but every now and then there are some great cardio routines.
