As a personal trainer this is a question I have received a lot from clients over the years. One supplement I have recommended to clients that I got great feedback from is chromium picolinate. It is believed to improve the body's response to insulin and is also believed to stabalize blood sugar levels.

Another method I have used is adding flavoured , sweetened drops to my water. There are many great brands and flavours of water flavouring drops available on the market today and they are the perfect way to add some zero calorie sweetness to your daily nutrition.
