Can you build muscle by lifting weights while intermittent fasting?

I would like to start following an intermittent fasting diet, but I would also like to build some more muscle. Is it possible to build muscle while fasting?

It is definitely possible to build muscle while fasting. You just need to make sure that you eat in a calorie surplus during your eating window and do resistance and strength training.
