My 5-year old is having sensory meltdowns all the time. How can we reduce his sensory sensitivity with exercises at home?

There are many sensory integration exercises that can be done to reduce sensory sensitivity. Besides the physical, mental exercises are also keys to recovery. If you have a trampoline at home, playing on it could be very helpful. Also, swings and playing with rocking toys can show some positive results in sensory senility. When it comes to mental exercise, always encourage him with positive words.
