Does anyone have any recommendations for bodyweight leg workouts?

Our gym hasn't reopened yet and I am struggling to come up with good leg workouts! I don't have access to any equipment, so any bodyweight exercises would be great.

If you can, try to get your hands on a resistance band. You can do plenty of leg workouts with just a resistance band.

Give this leg burner a try!

One rep is:

  • One jump squat
  • One left jumping lunge
  • One right jumping lunge

You need to complete 150 reps for time.

  • Bulgarian split lunge
  • Squats
  • Sumo-squats
  • Jumping-squats
  • Lunges
  • Jumping lunges
  • Glute bridge pulses
  • Donkey glute kickbacks

4 Rounds:

10 Burpees

20 Split lunges (one foot on the ground, the other foot on a raised platform)

30 Squats

40 Alternating walking lunges

If you have a step or ledge, you could include box jumps and step-ups in your workout.
