I am looking for a home workout program that I can start while gyms are closed. Any suggestions?

Try P90X. It is a 90-day training plan and workouts are about an hour long. You will need a set of dumbbells and a resistance band though.

Have a look at the BBG program by Kayla Itsines. It is a 12-week program that incorporates both cardio and strength, and each workout is less than 30 minutes long!

I have been doing BBG for about 2 years now and I am addicted! The workouts are very high intensity, but they are really short, so you don't need a ton of time available to reach your goals.
