What supplements can I take to gain more muscle mass?

I have been eating in a calorie surplus and doing a lot of resistance training at the gym, but I am still struggling to gain muscle mass. Are there any supplements that I could take that would help build muscle?

You could try using a mass gainer. It is basically a carbohydrate shake with a lot of calories in it. You may not truly be in a calorie surplus due to your daily activity levels, so adding in extra liquid calories may help.

Try increasing your protein intake. You may not be getting enough protein, which limits your muscle recovery and growth. If you struggle to get enough protein from food alone, you could try a protein powder supplement, like whey protein and casein protein.
